I am using Kubuntu 15.10. I am using intel pstate driver. CPU is working ok. I close the lid to suspend OS. After some time I open my lid to wake OS up and CPU is stuck at lowest frequency, approximately (600Mhz) OS is unsuable, everything is taking very long time, reboot is an answer.
