Using Cheese I can se myself for like a second, then the stream ends. In Google Hangouts my image contains static and is distorted (see attachement). Using streamer to take a snapshot the image looks fine in 640x480, but if I want it to take a HD image in 1280x720 I get an error and the output file looks as when in an hangout.
