The only firmware I've seen for this device has a copyright notice that does not allow for redistribution. As such I'm marking this bug don't fix. If redistributable firmware becomes available please reopen this bug and I'll be happy to add it to linux-firmware.

From Dell xps13_A08.fish.tar.gz contains a bluetooth firmware patch too by the look of things.
