I have a DELL E7250 Latitude and after the upgrade from 15.04 my SD
cardreader cannot read the Kingston 64GB SDXC anymore. Same error
messages in dmesg:

128gb card not seen in Ubuntu 15.10.
Have rebooted system with card fitted and does not appear, have
removed and refitted card while in desktop. Card reader was usable in
14.04.3 LTS.
