Bug description:
Backlight keys are not working when logged in the desktop, using
/sys/class/backlight/intel_backlight/brightness can adjust the
brightness.
Usual workarounds listed in
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Kernel/Debugging/Backlight are not working.
