Public bug reported: version 3.13.0-61-generic generates a kernel panic right in the bootup on an Aspire E1-111 (Celeron N2930). It happens so soon that it doesn't register in the syslog.
Strangely enough, it did boot up one time in 'debug mode', the dmesg from that is included. Most of the time it does the kernel panic there as well, though. Versions earlier than 3.13.0-61 work fine. ** Affects: linux (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Attachment added: "kernelpanic-report.zip" https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1480921/+attachment/4438292/+files/kernelpanic-report.zip -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Kernel Packages, which is subscribed to linux in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1480921 Title: kernel panic on bootup Status in linux package in Ubuntu: New Bug description: version 3.13.0-61-generic generates a kernel panic right in the bootup on an Aspire E1-111 (Celeron N2930).
