Hi,
I have a PCI card to receive DVB television on my desktop computer.
The card works, but only if I restart the computer from Windows.
I believe that Windows initializes something that does not get erased when the
computer restarts,
and Ubuntu does not initialize this when it boots.
This initialization gets erased when Ubuntu goes to sleep too.
Please let me know any command that I could run to see differences
between the card's configuration when it works and when it doesn't.

I saw on the KNC ONE website that they have a driver for the card.
I don't know if it fixes my issue.
But since the card works in some cases with a fresh install of Ubuntu without
this driver, it seems that its a bug worth being fixed, right?
