Dell ACS11 USB Soundbar with USB ID 413C:A503 works fine in linux kernel
3.13-0-45-generic and earlier kernel releases.
In 3.13.0-46 dmsg shows messages when the soundbar is pluged in and
unpluged. However it is not listed by alsa or pulseaudio.
Boot with the 3.13.0-45 kernel restores normal functionality.

3) I expect to see the Dell ACS11 USB SounBbar listed as an audiodevice in
pavucontrol
4) The SoundBar does not show up in pavucontrol
