Bug description:
Since the update to 3.8.0-28 no external USB highspeed devices are
mounted anymore. Falling back to 3.8.0-27 solves the problem on two
separate machines.
It seems that at least sometimes the device gets mounted after more
than 6 minutes (see attached syslog).
Is this related to https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux-
