Whenever I copy text from KMail's message content, it's copied as rich text.
I'd like to copy it as plain text. Please add another context menu to copy text
as plain text.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a message
2. Select some text
3. Copy it
Actual Results:
Text is copied as rich text
Expected Results:
Text is copied as plain text
This feature is required in order to paste texts to virtualbox guests.
Virtualbox guest additions cannot handle rich texts. I usually paste rich text
to kate, then copy it in order to avoid this problem. However, it's really
messy and I want to avoid to do that.
