KMail converts extended characters encoded as UTF-8 in mailto URI to question
marks.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. { kioclient exec 'mailto:na%c3%afve%20operator%20%[email protected]%3E';
}
Actual Results:
1. KMail creates a message to "na?ve operator" <[email protected]>
Expected Results:
1. Let KMail create a message to "naïve operator" <[email protected]>
