To reproduce:
1. Open dialog Hilfe → Sprache der Anwendung umschalten and switch to English.
(Note: I am working with the German l10n. The English equivalent is Help →
Switch application language.)
2. Restart the application, as prompted.
3. Open dialog Settings → Configure KMail.
Expected behaviour:
Everything is translated into English.
Actual behaviour:
The left-hand side vertical menu and the dialog header are untranslated.
