== Steps to reproduce ==
>From your host:
kontact -> settings -> popup notes -> network
[v] accept incoming notes
>From another host:
send a note to your host -> Error: "Connection refused"
== Notes ==
If you quit from kontact and use "Configure knotes" from systray knotes icon,
you can correct the problem and receive notes. So i guess it is a bug in
kontact.
