Adding an iCloud account, everything finishes smoothly on paper, except:
- Authentication method is not properly set for IMAP, therefore no mail fetch
- SMTP is not configured at all, needs manual input
- Inbox, Outbox, Sent, Drafts, Trash folders are not automatically subscribed
to, therefore leaving only user folders and great confusion
