SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Configure a 163.com email account
2. Keep client open

OBSERVED RESULT
If you have a lot of emails on the server, you will get a notice from the email
service provider warning you that you have downloaded more than 4000MB of data.
EXPECTED RESULT
The client should not try to download all the emails at once.
