Happens to me too, every time I attempt to change the colour from the menu
"Settings|Configure KOrganizer|Colors and Fonts".
Changing the colours directly from the menu directly on the calendar list seems
to work, but not all of the colours can be set that way - the colours for
"Birthdays & Anniversaries", for instance.
