I needed also two fields (using the excelent csv importer window) to be able to
import the emails in kmail 1.10.1 (kde 4.1.66).
I would like also to be able to import them with only one field, using, for
example, the account name of the email address (the a part of [EMAIL
PROTECTED]) as
the given name.
