When using the enterprise headers, an expand button (down arrow) appears to the
right end of the header.
When this down arrow is clicked the names of the attached documents are listed.
However, it seem that the names are displayed center aligned to button when
they should have been right aligned since the button is already placed to the
right end of the header.
Currently, this center alignment causes the horizontal scrollbar to appear on
for all mail.
