Hi I am working with an online streaming platform that recommends 6Mbps bitrate for FullHD videos encoded with HEVC (h265) codec. The videos I output in Kdenlive (mostly Desktop screens) with HEVC are barely over 400 kbps, as seen in this inline picture. I am not sure why the platform recommends that bit rate, given that the curre nt output's quality is awesome. What do you think? Is there a way to output HEVC videos with specific video bitrate like 6Mbps?
