Upper Case Image Files Not An Option When Creating A Title

I am using Kdenlive version 18.04.1

The sequence:

Project > Add Title Clip > Add Image (Icon)

Isn't displaying files with upper case extensions.  IE "Table.JPG"
doesn't show; "Table.jpg" does

How do I correctly report this?
