producer_westley already loads kino projects. producer_fezzik (producer autoloader) only identifies kino projects if they are saved with a .kino extension. Therefore, if you are testing with inigo and the file is not named with .kino, then use, e.g. inigo westley:some.smil. You can coerce fezzik to use any particular producer in this fashion. I do not know the kdenlive code in order to advise how to integrate this.
