We found some issue with passing environment flags to compiler.
The main problem is in FindLIBMLT.cmake, it contains:
SET(CMAKE_CXX_FLAGS -DMLT_PREFIX=\\\"\"${MLT_PATH}\"\\\")
That should be:
ADD_DEFINITIONS(-DMLT_PREFIX=\\\"\"${MLT_PATH}\"\\\")
Of course, we can do a patch for resolve this, but the better idea
will be that you change that in sourse itself.
