Hello! I have seen in the feature request list, that somebody requested a film effect for kdenlive.
Here is a guy who is using an other tool for film effect than kdenlive: http://www.videocopilot.net/videotutorials/old_film-look/index.html But as i see, the trick is based on a 8mm film video ... you can download it from here: http://www.videocopilot.net/resources/videos/Real_8mm_Film.mov Perhaps we should make a tutorial for it.
