My god, what are KDE/Plasma processes? How looks through all this just to sort

Desktop-Icons. This is not practicable and a showkiller.

There is a /usr/bin/startx

# finally start the window manager
#
unset WINDOW_MANAGER STARTUP
exec $WINDOWMANAGER ${1+"$@"}

# call failsafe
exit 0
