This setting can be found in the configuration dialog of the widget style you're using (`kcmshell5 style` or `kcmshell4 style`): in the QtCurve style for instance it's the last option on the "Windows" page. In the Oxygen and Breeze styles it's the last option in the General tab. HtH R
