Upon looking at the log file, it appears the utility is
unable to obtain needed information from your server,
specifically, something called "QUrl." Is this an issue with the

The KDEWin installer is quite out of date these days, and
hasn't been
updated in a very long time. We now ship dedicated installers
for the
various applications we offer on Windows.
Is there any application in particular you were after?
