Hi Hannah. I've deleted KDE repository. And repeated my actions from scratch.
1. Installed craft using this guide. https://community.kde.org/Guidelines_and_HOWTOs/Build_from_source/Windows 2. Changed BuildType = Debug at kdesettings.ini. (actually it has no effect. Building Release mode in fact. This option might not work) 3. Just do next command and get described error. "craft --buildtype Debug qtsvg" also --noclean option does not work too, I guess Best Regards.
