In case you are trying to install KDE on Windows on many work stations you may
use different strategies:
1. Use a local web server
Fetch files for example with rsync from a dedicated mirror and save them on a
local web server. In the installer mirror dialog you can provide the url of the
related local website to download and install from there.
2. Use a network share to install from
Fetch files for example with rsync from a dedicated mirror and save them on a
local file share In the installer select "install from local path" and use the
path on the file share to install files.
