Required for ecm_mark_nongui_executable()
However, the build still fails:
Z:\kderoot\download\git\kpty\src\kgrantpty.c(45): fatal error C1083: Cannot
open include file: 'grp.h': No such file or directory
You'll need to investigate & fix yourself. kpty isn't used by the majority of
KDE apps, thus not well tested on Windows.
