I guess the "old" KDE on windows based on the monolithic installer is
kind of dead. Several applications from the 5 series are starting to
provide stand-alone Windows installers now though, which are (imo) much
nicer than the old thing. So stay tuned, actually a lot is happening
around KDE on Windows right now :-)
