Hi, kxmlgui should now be deployable on windows without any Qt patches.
https://git.reviewboard.kde.org/r/125595/ Applications just can put their ui files into :/kxmlgui5/... into resources. kxmlgui itself ships all its assets inside a resource compiled in and no longer needs any hacked standard paths. KTextEditor framework and Kate/KWrite applications are already patched to work that way.
