KDE applications did get them. Now, nothing gets them. Please, kwin maintainers: Since I can get the decorations by toggling compositors, the graphics driver can display them. There should be some fix possible. I am unsuccessful trying to downgrade 304xx packages.
Would be nice to have Nouveau back and get off proprietory stuff, but that is another issue.
