Seems portscout doesn't notice new releases, so we don't get notified automatically. Submitting a PR -- either just as a "hey, there's a new version" or for preference "here is a patch updating the port to the new version" -- is the best way to move things forward. (creator is annoying because it has special cases for LLVM versions, which slows down builds considerably) [ade]
