The problem was found just in the way that I first deleted the plasma-org.kde.plasma.desktop-appletsrc file. Plasma has loaded. But there is no clock in the tray, or rather, if you move the mouse and right-click, a menu will be displayed for setting the clock widget, but the widget itself is not displayed. I opened the clock widget settings, went to the calendar tab, turned on the show events and that's it, the plasma hung. Then I restored my plasma-org.kde.plasma.desktop-appletsrc file and commented out the lines connecting the library I specified above and booted up my desktop configuration.
