How to reproduce:
1. On non-KDE machine (having xfce4), build/install ark with all options "on".
2. Try to open a "rar" archive.
3. Observe the message (see the subject)
Additionally, please consider enabling ZIP and RAR options by default. Ark can
be used as an archive opening helper. There are a lot of .zip and .rar archives
online, and this makes it a hassle to manually rebuild ark after every system
update.
