Hello, kde@ is deprecating all of the KDE4 ports. You have a port, textproc/uim-kde4, which depends on KDE4 libraries. We would like to remove KDE4 from the FreeBSD ports tree at the end of 2018, but we will not do so with other ports without permission. uim has a modern Qt5 port as well, which should (I have not tried) work in a modern KDE Plasma environment as well, so realistically only the - kde4 port needs to be retired.
