Yes, of course, but I thought it is still the KDE people that are most interested in science/avogadro due to kalzium.

I did not come to reproducing the problem in a cleaner environment until now. (Just waiting until the problem would go away did not work out.)
I have attached the complete build log you requested to the bug you mentioned.
