SVN commit 12307 by rakuco: Drop the post-kipi-configure target.
It was originally added in r9183 to avoid rebuilding libkipiplugins for each kipi-plugin port. This no longer seems to be a problem, as libkipiplugins is not rebuilt by any of the kipi-plugin-* ports without this change.
