SVN commit 11913 by rakuco: Finish removing svn:mergeinfo from subtrees and files in trunk/area51.
Subtree merges are evil and we should stop doing them to prevent even more headaches with merges in the future. Remove svn:mergeinfo from all the remaining subtrees and files that have them: they either include merge information from long-dead branches (kde-4.x, old Qt work branches) or even trunk itself.
