SVN commit 10330 by rakuco: qt4-gui: Use a new-style CFLAGS override for powerpc64 and simplify mk includes.
Do the same as r10328 and r10329: stop including bsd.port.{pre,post}.mk and
simplify the setting of -mminimal-toc for powerpc64.
