Hi, The mentioned packages were split in the transition from KDE 4.10 to 4.11, while 4.11 was either never commited to FreeBSD ports (it was an area51 only thing) or was commited there only very recently. If you're updating from 4.11 to 4.12 you don't have to bother about those packages.
