SVN commit 9312 by rakuco: cmake: Back out part of r9288.
Restore the changes to the way the Qt imports and plugins directories are found in files/patch-Modules_FindQt4.cmake. The idea behind the change is that the directories FindQt4.cmake looks for might not be present at the time CMake looks for them since the ports that actually create them may not be required by the port calling CMake. It makes sense to fix this in Qt, but only when working on the next stable release. Thanks to makc@ for the explanations.
