It seems you are building either kdelibs4-4.8.4 with a nondefault compiler (i.e. lang/gcc instead of base one?), or you have built one of the dependencies linked in by kdelib4's icemaker binary with a nondefault. If so, please recheck you did everything described in [1]http://www.freebsd.org/doc/en/articles/custom-gcc/index.html especially the part on libmap.conf.
