SVN commit 8318 by rakuco: qt4-uic3: Depend on qt4-porting.
We were experiencing some weird uic3 crashes on the ixsystems tinderbox when building kdenetwork4. It turns out that uic3 needs q3porting.xml to work, and it is provided by our -porting port.
