SVN commit 8252 by rakuco: kdevelop-kde4: Really fix clang support.
The upstream commit fixing the detection of the <unordered_map> and <ext/hash_map> headers also needed a fix-up in kdevelop. Replace the previous patch with a new one that squashes both the original commit and its fix.
