SVN commit 8229 by rakuco: Add my upstream patch to disable problems linking with libcanberra.
libcanberra support was not supposed to be enabled in the 4.8 branch, but the way it was disabled was wrong. Add my upstream commit to fix that. Not bumping PORTREVISION because this only fixes things for people who were unable to build it before, and no dependencies have been changed.
