Hi All,

Since updating to KDE 4.7.3 on my FreeBSD 8-STABLE amd64 work desktop, plasma-desktop is suffering from a consistent a fairly bad memory leak.

After running for about 3 days, plasma-desktop grew to ~900MB of resident memory:

lstewart@lstewart> ps -l 26994
UID PID PPID CPU PRI NI VSZ RSS MWCHAN STAT TT TIME COMMAND
1001 26994 1 0 44 0 1248676 962372 ucond S 11- 30:49.57 plasma-desktop

Killing the process and starting it again manually starts it at ~80MB of resident memory:

lstewart@lstewart> ps -l 39171
UID PID PPID CPU PRI NI VSZ RSS MWCHAN STAT TT TIME COMMAND
1001 39171 1 0 44 0 352676 87944 ucond S 7 0:02.90 plasma-desktop

Is this a known issue that I missed seeing reports of? Any pointers on how to fix it?

Cheers,
Lawrence
