SVN commit 7721 by rakuco: kdelibs4: Add upstream patch to fix a Nepomuk regression.
According to Sebastian Trueg, "sadly I introduced a serious issue into kdelibs 4.7.2 which was intended to be a fix. This bug prevents any query which does NOT use wide unicode characters to fail. The attached patch provides a workaround for this issue and will make all queries work."
