SVN commit 7670 by rakuco:
Manually remove the .orig files generated by patch(1).
Since the mkspecs directory is just copied to its final destination,
so were the .orig files generated by patch(1) after applying the patch
in files/.
For now, just calling ${RM} sounds like a plausible and very ugly
option.
