SVN commit 7590 by rakuco: qt4-qdoc3: Make the Makefile look more similar to the other Qt ports'.
Finally fix the build by adding most of the workarounds present in the other Qt ports to patch the configure script, not extract a few directories from the tarball and create some symlinks due to the -qt4 suffix in some programs.
